Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and ERRA Books Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return based on the extent of the damages. Failure to contact ERRA Books Inc. within 30 days of the item being delivered will result in no action taken by ERRA Books Inc.

Order not received
If your order is not delivered to you the day you receive the delivery email, first reach out to your local post office to find your package. If your package is not found, you have 30 days to reach out to ERRA Books Inc. regarding the issue. Failure to reach out within 30 days will result in no action taken by ERRA Books Inc.
Returns
Returns are not allowed except in the case of damaged or defective items. Damages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and ERRA Books Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return. Orders returned to us without being approved will not be refunded.Ā
Order cancellations
All Sales are Final. To request a cancellation and have your order refunded as store credit, please email hello@errabooks.com. ERRA Books reserves the right to refuse a cancellation request. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been fulfilled.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed except in the case of a damaged or defective item received.
Refunds
In the event a refund is provided for a damaged or defective item, we will try to refund back to the original form of payment. If the return window has passed for your original payment method to accept a refund, it will be returned as store credit. In the event an order cancellation is accepted, the refundĀ will go onto your ERRA Books account as store credit.Ā
